A bright future for Solus and Tesco

Tuesday, 3rd February 2015: Irish owned company Solus is delighted to announce an extended supplier agreement with Tesco which will see Tesco Ireland’s stores nationwide offer an extended range of Solus’ exciting new energy efficient bulbs in the familiar black and yellow packaging.

David Reynolds, Sales Manager, Solus said: “We are hugely excited about the opportunity to expand and extend our supply and service of familiar Solus bulbs to Tesco customers all over Ireland. Our feedback shows that Tesco customers know and love the Solus brand and are enjoying our new energy efficient products. Solus is an Irish owned company that has been established for over eighty years and now supports 63 jobs in Ireland.  Solus are exporting into niche markets in the UK, Italy, Germany and Spain.  The company is constantly investing in NPD and the development, manufacturing & application of innovative lighting solutions including next generation LEDs.  Solus is committed to providing a complete range of energy saving lighting products for all applications possible.
